Definitions:

In these conditions, "you" and "your" means any and all persons using this website. "We", "us" and "our" means Bibs and Bobs.

Prices:

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT. Home delivery costs vary according to the value of the order. All prices and special offers are subject to availability and change.

Making a Purchase:

Via the website:

Making a purchase on our website is as easy as A B C . Simply browse through our online catalogue and click on any of the items you wish to buy and select Add to Basket. Once you have finished shopping, click on Checkout and you will be asked to enter some personal details in order to complete your shopping.

Cancelling your order:

A cooling off period of 7 working days from the date of order and an unconditional right to cancel during that period is provided on all goods supplied. Notice of cancellation MUST be made in writing, marked:

Should an order be cancelled, all monies paid will be returned within 30 working days of the date the notice of cancellation is given.

Please note, if you cancel your order after your goods have been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. All goods should be returned unopened and in their original packaging.

Delivery:

Delivery includes shipment to your front door. Our delivery service will require a signature upon delivery and please be aware that the driver may request assistance unloading. Please ensure you inspect all components for damage before you sign and accept the delivery. If delivery on a particular item is delayed, we will contact you to advise of the intended delivery date.

Returns:

Any product which is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery to you can be either refunded in full, or replaced.

If for any reason you changed your mind and wish to return a product which you have purchased from us, you may do so within 7 days of receipt, at your own cost. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used or customer-damaged items.

Returned items must be in their original packaging.

Safety:

All products listed on this website are designed for use by children in domestic/residential environments only. Outdoor play centres are tested to and comply with EN 71-8.

All play centres should be installed on suitable, level ground such as grass, bark or safety tiles. Do NOT site on hard grounds such as concrete, patio or decking. Please allow a Six Foot perimeter around the structure to allow for safe play. As with all activity play equipment, we do recommend that children are supervised by an adult during play.

Climbing and access is not allowed over walls, crenellations, hanging bars, handrails and onto roofs. Entry to platforms should be via ladders and steps only. All children's play equipment should be inspected regularly, ideally monthly, and the bolts and screws tightened, if necessary. Care should be taken to avoid damaging the timber components during gardening (mowing, strimming etc.)

Security:

The security of your order information and personal details, including credit or debit card details, is of top priority to us. We use industry-leading Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology through HSBC Bank to ensure that your personal information is encrypted, meaning that your details will remain scrambled as they pass over the web.

Privacy:

We will not sell or rent your details to other companies or agencies.

When you contact us or place an order with us, we may ask you for some or all of the following information:
